Shearwater is a recently built, cutting edge, eco friendly, beach house situated in the original part of Rhosneigr only yards from both beaches. The residence offers stylish, chic, spacious accommodation combined with innovative technology to make your stay comfortable.

The ground floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms with oak flooring, 2 wet rooms/bathroom and a utility room (with washer/dryer), all with porcelain tiled floors and under floor heating. The first floor is light and capacious incorporating an open plan dining area, living area and fully equipped kitchen (oven / microwave / dishwasher / freezer / fridge / coffee machine / wine cooler). Oak flooring throughout. A 'Morso' wood burning stove provides radiant heat and a romantic glow for those nights with a chill in the air when you want to curl up with a good book, watch a film, or just chat. Large double aspect folding sliding doors open onto a south and west facing balcony with views of the sea and the Snowdonia National Park; filling the living room with fresh sea air.

There is a small south facing front garden with lawn, tables and chairs.

£100 per night [£140 peak period][minimum 2 nights].

£500 per 5 day week [£650 peak period].

£650 per 7 day week [£800 peak period].

Price includes utility charges, linen, towels and toiletries.
